Farah Fernandes
Farah is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher and fitness instructor CYQ level 2, She has studied at west London Yogashala and Neo Yoga in India. Her style is eclectic but she draws most from her Hatha yoga/Shadow style training. She aims to empower her students and challenges them to safely find their edge and expand themselves both physically and spiritually. She teaches group classes and private sessions.
The classes focus on integrating breath and movement awareness and alignment, strength and flexibility in order to balance and detoxify the body.
